Rust Group UK assisted in giving international tax and corporate structure advice to the investors leading to the formation of a Luxembourg based entity within the Life Settlements holdings structure.

Moixa Energy Holdings undertakes R&D and investment in renewable energy and portable power technologies, developing technologies that provide consumers with better solutions for their mobile or home power requirements that are more usable, economic and environmental.

Rust Group advised Synchronica in its original AIM introduction as well as providing initial capital. Synchronica plc develops and markets industry standard mobile email and synchronization solutions for the vast majority of devices in the market today. Mobile operators, device manufacturers, and service providers in emerging and developed markets use Synchronica products to offer mobile email, PIM synchronization, and backup and restore services to their consumer and corporate customer base. A Rust Group partner remains company secretary for the company.

Identify UK Limited is a leading provider of low frequency RFID tags. It holds the UK distributorship of Trovan an International provider of transponders and readers. Rust Group prepared the initial Information Memorandum which raised the start-up funding under the Enterprise Investment Scheme and has provided officers to the company etc.

A Partner of Rust Group worked in conjunction with the founder of Harvey Jones Kitchens in the identification, purchase and financial planning of this leading kitchen furniture manufacturer. Rust Group engineered the sale of the business to its management whilst remaining advisor on tax and financial affairs to the Vendor who has retained Rust Group to provide ongoing advice.
